I’ve been testing GSD and Ralph workflows over the last few months in Claude Code on real tasks from Jira at my job. I’ve been thinking about standardizing the way we work with Claude across all team members, but I see many gaps in both workflows that make it hard to integrate them as-is into our team development process. I’m considering designing our own workflow, incorporating ideas from both.
